Mary Hartnett
Mary F. Hartnett, Esq., an attorney with offices in Holmdel , NJ , represents parents seeking to obtain appropriate programs and services for their children with special needs. Ms. Hartnett is the former Director of the Rutgers School of Law-Newark Special Education Clinic.Ms. Hartnett also was a prior Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association School Law Committee. In addition to her professional experience in school law, Ms. Hartnett was an elected board of education member in Red Bank Borough and Holmdel Township. While on the Holmdel Board Ms. Hartnett served as its vice president for two years.She received a B.A. from Rutgers College in 1987 and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1990.
